This room displays the large 19th century oil painting of Tattersalls at Hyde Park Corner. The painting depicts many contemporary characters and in the background the Rotunda with the statue of the fox. The famous fox which has been moved twice – once from Hyde Park Corner to Knightsbridge Green is now finally in place in Newmarket.

The Reception Room is a large and elegant room able to seat up to 220 for dinner, with large orangery style windows overlooking the Parade Ring and Rotunda lawns.

The windows along one side of the room provide ample natural light – and the curtains when drawn provide sufficient black-out for meetings if required.

The room has plenty of space for a formal dinner and disco, an oak parquet floor is available for dancing.

The room benefits from in-house speakers, wireless microphone, free WiFi, thermostatically controlled air conditioning and heating.
